Don has been educating law students at Duke University since 1977 where he is currently the director of the Duke Trial Practice program. He also teaches the Evidence course at Duke. In addition to frequently lecturing for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs throughout the United States, Don has taught English solicitors and barristers at Oxford University in the UK.
